Multi-purpose PPE-free degreaser that cuts through heavy grease faster and can be used as a no boil fryer cleaner in addition to degreasing various surfaces throughout the kitchen, including hoods, grills, fryers, ovens, & stoves. Penetrates tough, baked-on grease and lifts it away from the surface. Foam sprayer delivers improved cling to vertical surfaces. Works as well as corrosive degreasers but doesn't require gloves or goggles. Aluminum and soft metal safe when used as directed.

How To Use

Degreasing:

  1. Apply onto warm (120ºF/49ºC) surface with carbonized grease to be cleaned. Cover soiled areas completely with foam.
  2. Allow product to penetrate grease deposits for 1-5 minutes. Do not let product dry on surface.
  3. Wipe off dissolved and loosened grease with a scrub pad or a damp cloth.
  4. Rinse surface with clear water

No Boil Fryer Cleaning:

  1. Turn off fryer and allow it to cool to 120-130° F. Drain oil and move fryer baskets to sink.
  2. Using a small bucket or pan, flush the debris out with the valve open.
  3. Spray Swisher Greaselift Degreaser & Fryer Cleaner on warm 120-130° F fryer surfaces. Cover soiled fryer areas completely with products; should require 2-4 fl oz per fryer.
  4. Let product penetrate baked-on soil deposits for 1-5 minutes. At room temperature, allow 5 minutes. Reapply product as needed.
  5. Using Fryer Cleaner Tool Kit, scrub to remove baked-on soil in & around the fryer. For heavy soil, more product may be applied.
  6. Rinse with hot potable water (min. 110° F) and wipe down with a clean rag.
  7. Ensure the fryer is dry and free of water before refilling with oil.
  8. For best results clean fryer with Swisher Greaselift Degreaser & Fryer Cleaner every 3 - 4 days.
