Use 1 oz. Valu+ Plus Pink Pot and Pan Detergent per 3 gallons of warm water (110°-120°F). Scrub pots and pans with a stiff bristled nylon brush or plastic pad. Remove baked on food soil with a dull scraper. When utensil is clean, let excess wash solution drain back into wash sink to prevent detergent carry-over into the rinse sink.
