Effective Against/On:

1. Place one packet of Swisher Enzymatic Flatware Presoak into 3 - 4 gallons of water.
2. Place flatware into solution.
3. After soaking, wash and rinse with clean water, then sanitize with an EPA-registered hard surface food contact sanitizer.
